1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GR Digital Marketing Solutions website (grdigitalmarketing.in) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
GR Digital Marketing Solutions provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, Google Ads / PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, website design and e-commerce growth. The scope, timelines and pricing of specific projects are defined in a separate contract or proposal agreed by both parties.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate business information, timely approvals, necessary access and materials required to deliver the services. Delays caused by the client may extend timelines accordingly.
4. Payments & Refunds
Services are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed. Payments are due as per the invoice terms. We encourage a dialog to resolve any concerns, however, fees for work already delivered or expenses already incurred (such as advertising spend) are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for your project become your property. We retain the right to display work samples in our portfolio unless a written confidentiality agreement exists.
6. Advertising Platforms
Ad platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.) are set by the platforms themselves and may change at any time. While we manage campaigns carefully, we cannot guarantee specific positions, costs or results from third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
GR Digital Marketing Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we work diligently toward your goals, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue or rankings.
